Are Moma Clinic services covered by CASS?
All the prescribed conservative services are included in the CASS:
- Visit
- Cleaning
- Optometry
- Endodontics
- X-rays
- Extractions
- CASS accepts orthodontics for children under the age of 16.
- CASS accepts dentures
What does not go through the CASS?
Everything related to holistic dentistry (Alphs, postural studies, postural therapy...) is not included. It does not include aesthetic treatments (whitening, caries...). Implants are not accepted for CASS.
Do I have to pay 100%?
- If you are under 65 years old, you must pay 100% of the price of the treatment and subsequently CASS will return 75%. The other 25% will depend on whether the patient has complementary insurance. If you have the third payer (100% CASS), you will not have to pay anything for the conservative treatments that go through CASS.
What should I do with the green card? (CASS claim)
Green papers are requests to the CASS with a favorable or unfavorable response. The form must be deposited in the CASS mailbox or any pharmacy mailbox (the process will always go faster if deposited directly in the CASS).
What are Alphs?
They are stimuli attached to the front teeth that change the sensory perception of our mouth and help us improve posture, tension... Previously tested by carrying out a postural study. These are previously tested stimuli.
